Extreme Sport Fitness.com is headed up by Clayton Beatty, an avid extreme sport enthusiast who has a BSc Degree in Human Movement and is a Certified Fitness Trainer. Clayton has been in the fitness industry since 2001 and is passionate about educating extreme sport athletes about the importance of functional training for sport. Additional input comes from Travis Sawyer who is a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, and avid watersports and outdoors enthusiast. Travis specialises in progressive programming for injury prevention to keep athletes healthy and let them know when to take the next step up in their training. We are currently in the process of designing sports specific strength and conditioning programs for the following extreme sports: Surfing, Wakeboarding, Snowboarding and Kitesurfing, Windsurfing and Skiing.
